Air Conditioner Installation in Santa Clara, CA

Wow! I wish I would’ve contacted Servando 7 years ago when I bought my house! The AC unit wasn’t permitted when I vacated I gut the house and it wasn’t working as well as I thought it should! Servando helped with with replacing ALL my ducts and now it’s legal, keeps the house super cool in summer and just right in the winter! They were fast, effective and clean. They came in like navy seals in a mission! Removed all the old, found the holes and replaced with all new ducts for a great price!

We had an excellent experience with Made Simple Heating & Air from start to finish. The entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and the whole process was seamless. A special thank you to Cesar and Servando, who were incredibly helpful, attentive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the project. Our project was in San Francisco, and finding a trustworthy contractor can be challenging, but Made Simple Heating & Air exceeded our expectations. We felt informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way. Highly recommend!

We got bids from multiple companies on how best to convert from a standard gas furnace to heat pumps. None of the others made much sense. Servando's assessment was thoughtful, taking into account our existing ducting and how to optimize air flow. He also tried to put together the most affordable solution, several times having to talk me out of what I thought was a more sophisticated solution, because it just wasn't worth the extra cost. Installation went smoothly and as planned. We were very happy with Servando and his crew.

Best in terms of price point, no questions. Giving 4 stars since I had 2 appointments for the AC installation, and they couldn’t install the thermostat properly. It worked fine after the third visit. There was a courtesy visit scheduled for a week later, but that never happened.

Grade=A, Great company. I checked CHATGPT and Yelp for the best HVAC company with low cost and Made Simple Heating showed up. I did a request for quotes from top 3 vendors and Made Simple Heating tied for the lowest cost. Of the vendors, Made Simple Heating was most knowledgeable and most helpful, especially related to available rebates. My high opinion of Made Simple Heating was confirmed by a state sponsored third-party testing company for HVAC who said that Made Simple was one of their top 5 vendors. Made Simple is large enough to offer a wide range of services and small enough to offer personal services that larger vendors do not offer. Best of all, Made Simple helped me get a $7,500 rebate that the other vendors did not offer with the necessary help to meet the rebate filling anticipated deadline. They did all the extensive paperwork to submit the rebate paperwork, which is a great level of service. From the start, I was impressed with Made Simple Heating. I was able to talk to one of the co-owners regarding my unique needs. He sent a qualified sales person the next day whereby other vendors required 1+ week lead time. I had a unique need of wanting to use a particular Honeywell thermostat whereby other vendors wanted to use their preferred thermostat. They granted my request. Beyond my immediate HVAC needs, the sales rep recommended a great electrician for another job I had and recommended a great window AC for my Man Cave.
